Terms of use

These terms govern your access to CHRGE websites, applications, station information, CNG financing application tools, conversion coordination, notifications and related services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement, and authorised to use the information and vehicle you submit. The services are currently intended for users in Nigeria.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your password and verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by CHRGE's failure to apply reasonable security. We may request additional verification before allowing sensitive actions.

CHRGE provides mobility information and workflow tools, including EV and CNG station discovery, station favourites and notifications, CNG conversion information, financing applications, application tracking, conversion coordination and repayment records. Features may change, be paused, or be limited by location, eligibility, partner availability and technical requirements.

Station locations, opening hours, gas availability, queue length, pump pressure, prices and amenities may be supplied by operators, representatives, users or public sources. They can change quickly and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm critical details with the station before travelling. CHRGE does not guarantee that fuel, a charger, a queue position or a particular pressure will be available on arrival.

Submitting or starting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular conversion package, interest rate, repayment period or appointment. You authorise CHRGE and approved partners to verify submitted information and documents for identity, affordability, eligibility and fraud prevention, as permitted by law.

Any approval, offer, deposit, financed amount, interest or fee, payment dates, default consequences, cancellation rights and early-repayment terms will be stated in a separate financing agreement or final payment schedule. That specific agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms. Do not make a payment until the amount, recipient and reference are shown through an authorised CHRGE channel.

You must pay amounts accepted in a final agreement on the disclosed dates and keep sufficient funds available for any payment method you authorise. CHRGE will not initiate recurring debits without a separate, clear payment authorisation. Your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees. Refunds, failed payments, rescheduling, late payment, default and settlement are governed by the applicable financing or service agreement and mandatory consumer law.

Vehicle inspections, conversion work, parts, warranties and aftercare may be delivered by independent approved centres. The centre is responsible for performing work to the applicable specification and safety requirements. You must disclose relevant vehicle conditions, attend required inspections, follow operating and maintenance instructions, and notify the provider of faults. Conversion can affect space, range, performance, insurance or a manufacturer warranty; ask the relevant provider before proceeding.

You must not misuse CHRGE, impersonate another person, submit false or unlawfully obtained information, interfere with security, scrape or copy the service at scale, reverse-engineer protected components, upload malicious material, manipulate station or gas reports, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Station representatives must report availability, queue and pressure information honestly and update it when circumstances change. We may remove misleading content and suspend associated access.

CHRGE and its licensors own the service software, branding, design and original content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended personal or authorised business purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant CHRGE the rights needed to host, verify, display and operate that content as part of the service.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue a feature. We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, breach of these terms, risk to other users, or non-payment under an applicable agreement. Rights and payment obligations already accrued continue after termination.

Estimates of fuel savings, conversion cost, range, approval time and repayment are illustrations, not guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, CHRGE is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate third-party station data, a user's failure to verify time-sensitive information, unauthorised account use that was not caused by CHRGE, or an independent provider's acts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please first contact team@gochrge.com so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. If it remains unresolved, either party may use the courts or another dispute-resolution process available under applicable Nigerian law. A separate financing agreement may contain additional complaint and dispute provisions.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will post the revised version and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means the revised terms apply, except where fresh consent is legally required. Questions may be sent to team@gochrge.com.
